1. Product Presentation

We make every effort to present our jewellery products as accurately as possible.

Please note that slight variations in colour, finishing, texture, or detailing may occur due to product photography, lighting conditions, and differences in individual screen settings.

Every item is carefully checked before being packed and dispatched.

2. 3-Day Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with your selected design, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

  • The exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be returned to the official return address provided by A.S Jewellery Fashion.

  • A delivery/exchange charge of PKR 300 may apply for voluntary exchanges such as a change of design or selection.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or wear may not be eligible for exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect product

please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

After verification, A.S Jewellery Fashion will arrange an appropriate replacement where the issue is confirmed to have occurred before or during delivery.

3. Returns & Exchange Process

Customers must contact A.S Jewellery Fashion before sending any product back.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange or replacement will be processed according to the applicable policy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the returned parcel is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

4. Sale & Clearance Items

Products purchased during promotional campaigns, sale events, special offers, or clearance sales may not be eligible for exchange unless the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Any special exchange conditions applicable to a promotional product will be communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellation

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has entered the processing, packaging, or dispatch stage, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

6. Make-to-Order & Pre-Order Products

Certain jewellery pieces may be prepared specifically after receiving an order.

For make-to-order or pre-order products:

  • Preparation time may vary depending on the product.

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required.

  • Production or preparation will begin after payment confirmation.

  • Once production has started, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

Any applicable preparation time and payment requirements will be communicated before confirmation of the order.

7. Delivery

A.S Jewellery Fashion currently accepts orders within Pakistan only.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the contact details supplied with your order.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

  • Customer's full name

  • Active phone number

  • House/shop number

  • Street or road number

  • Area/locality

  • City

  • Nearest landmark, where applicable

Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delivery delays, additional charges, or cancellation of the order.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Natural disasters

Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the value of the purchased product.
